Chapter Guidelines for Presidents
Chapter Structure
Each chapter is composed of a President, plus a minimum of five members. To become a President, first complete our application form HERE. If approved, you will be contacted by TAFI.
If you are already a President and need to submit a member's timesheet, please email tafihq@gmail.com.
Becoming a Chapter President
In order to become a chapter President:
- Donate 50 pounds of items to your pantry within the designated 365 day period.
- Recruit five members to join your chapter.
President Responsibilities
President Responsibilities:
- Make sure each member of your chapter collects 50 lbs. within the 365 day period.
- Sign off on each members’ 50 lbs. submission.
- Sign off on each members’ distribution.
- Ensure that each members’ weight and distribution have been submitted to TAFI Founders at tafihq@gmail.com.
- Provide your members with any assistance they may need to reach their goal.
- Each President is responsible for each of their members required submission. Therefore, in total they are responsible for 250 lbs. of food. If a recruit fails to submit their food within the 365 day period, the chapter President must recruit a replacement member.
